We have a natural propensity to laugh and cry. So instead of leaving these impulse propensities for your afair frustrations why not get involved in things worth crying for besides your self and release these emotional impulses there?
The same can be applied to laughter. Why not try laughing at yourself instead of only laughing at friends dirty jokes? It just occured to me that we tend to laugh more frequently at what happens to others and cry more often to what happens with us. I wonder why?
